Ate too much and had some "no sugar added" tastes of dessert at golden corral and didnt drink enough water. So not sure if the uptick on the scale is from TOM ( who is kicking my ass), lack ofvwater or hidden sugars. I will give it till tomorrow and post my weight then. Going to fat fast today and that should help.

Sometimes after TOM there is "whoosh". One day of no sugar added shouldn't have too much of an impact. You'll see your progress then! Don't fret it. :)

Jaime Congratulations on your loss! I'm going to tell you the same thing I should be telling myself "RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT" This too shall pass.. Once the TOM gets out of town you will be A.O.K!! lol :)

I'm going to bet it's just some extra fluid, it would take a huge amount of calories in one day for you to gain. That was a hard lesson that I had to remember. It truly does take a LOT of calories to be able to do it in one day, so keep your chin up girl, tomorrow I'm sure will be a better day for the scale.
