Today is day 2 for fat fasting. Yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm glad I found a website full of recipes just for fat fasting, or else I wouldn't have made it through the first day. Hopefully today goes as well. I'm already down a pound. I am contemplating going longer than the three days that I had initially planned on, just to get further along, but haven't decided yet.
