I have gained 20 # in the last 4 years.... soooo not good... too many margaritas, pina-ritas.... mojitos.... my promise to me is to cut back on food....... eat healthier...... cut back on ALCOHOL...... track my eating habits.......
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
