How can I have lost 3.5kg (7.7lbs) in a week?
I am even eating more and felt sick.
No ideas about it....

Maybe a difference in the time in which you weighed yourself. I always weigh right after i wake up before i eat or drink anything. I am always in my birthday suit and I do it around 6:30 am because that's when i typically wake up. I was told that consistency is the key to determining any fluctuations in your weight.
