Bummer!!! The most calories consumed yet and I feel hungry :( I'm very disappointed in my numbers and yet I feel I made such a conscious effort to eat well. I guess a positive would be my protein and fat portions are in better alignment to where they should be at 25% each as opposed to no protein and 50% fat :)

From what I have read, hunger can mean that the metabolism is working. I don't mind a little hunger. It makes me think about what kind of food to put in my body to fuel it instead of shoveling junk that's unsatisfying. It takes time to make changes and see changes in the body. Not sure what your goals are, but you are off to a good start. It may take time to get those last few pounds off. The less you have to lose, the longer it can take. No matter what you are doing good things for your body.
