Hi! It is full of issues! Left me discouraged. I've just been tracking my carbs. I start Atkins on January 1, 2013 I've only lost 4-5 lbs. In my first week I hit the treadmill 2hours a day. Second week I did nothing. At my doctors visit my creatinine level was elevated (1598) and I had to have other test done so I decided to relax, but continue tracking carbs.

Glad someone agrees. I even emailed Atkins and offered to fix some of the issues, but they don't seem to mind that their website is a wreck. Oh well. Glad I found FatSecret. Good luck to you. I always do good when I stay off carbs so I'm excited to be back on track. I don't know how I ever got so far off track to begin with. Oy!

Well to each his own! I love WW. I do a modified Atkins on WW because the regular Atkins leaves me with too many problems. But I lose better on lower carb. They are both good programs. It's more about whatever fits in to your lifestyle and helps you lose. Good luck!
