Had water retention swing from 217 to 223 and back to 219 due to refined carbs and fried food at a weekend overnight family celebration and very little physical activity
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   gaining 2.2 lb a week
