This week I lost 2.8 pounds which is .8 more than my weekly goal of 2 pounds. I am so proud of myself and I know through Christ who strengthens me I am going to win this battle. I am doing my praying and my studying to build my relationship with God and my trust in Him that he will get me through this. I hope everyone was successful this week in their weight loss and I am praying for you all as well.
