Have probably under recorded my exercise today. As the slow walk was pulling a three stone child on a sled though six inch deep snow. While shopping involves carrying a about two stone of shopping in a backpack plus stuff in bags in each hand around for about twenty minutes.
I think this is why I'm fine with the starting weights at the gym. The machines have resistance settings up to twelve and I'm starting at 4 to 6 depending on the machine.
Happy with my carbs today - only just over the 100g despite having a little bit of mashed potato. Protein could have done with being higher - but I suppose 80g isn't too shabby. The fat looks ridiculously high at 70g but getting on for half of that is seeds, nuts and oily fish, so good fats. Ideally I think I'd like to get an even split on carb and protein - about 100g per day of each and about 60g of fat with at least half of that being 'good fats'
