Sunday's food diary is unfinished because we had dinner at Andy's grandma's house, and I ate like total crap. Just like last Saturday. I pretty much felt tired and slow all day today because of it. Ever since I started working out every other day and tracking my calories, I've had a lot of energy and feel really good. I guess I just should expect to feel like poop if I eat the wrong things, or just not eat the wrong things.
