So this week has gone pretty well so far. I never went to the gym this week, which is bad, but I still lost a pound, and over an inch around my belly button. I measured 33 1/8" today. Now onto my next goal, 135 lbs!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great! What did you do to lose around your belly button? This is what I try to do but I fail :)

Thanks! I've been trying to go to the gym twice a week, but other than that, trying to keep my calories around 1200, and trying to keep grams of protein greater than grams of fat. Also, I drink a lot of water!
