Just got back from the DR. Gained while there. Not surprised.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If the Doctors scale is not the one you weigh on regularly, don't worry about it. Doctors are supposed to calibrate scales regularly but many don't. So hard to tell on their accuracy. It's good to have one official scale to accurately gauge your weight loss.

I took DR to mean Dominican Republic and thought holiday. That would explain a gain for sure. Gaining on a holiday doesn't count though does it?
