I think the salt in the taco meat is holding me up but that's fine. I did what I was supposed to, minus doing any extra exercise for the day. Ended up asleep for the night by 8pm. But today I feel good, have a lot planned for the day and following the plan. Dad will be here in a week. Soooo much to do.

You look like your doing great. No one loses every single day on a regular bases. It's normal to stay the same weight for a few days or more. Just because you don't see the scale move doesn't mean things aren't happening inside your body. I know a woman who went down 4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for a couple of months. Just keep going, your doing amazing.
