LAC123's Journal, 19 July 2010

Well this weekend went to Virginia to meet Mom half way with the kids. They have been with her for the last ten days. So happy to have them back!! But, driving in the car for 6 hours Saturday by myself gives you plenty of time to think about food. Boredom! Then went out for Italian Saturday night. Don't think eggplant parmesean is considered low fat diet food, but it was oh so good. Then breakfast Sunday morning, western omlette, mmmm. Then Burger King for lunch, yikes! And lastly, pizza for dinner. NOT a good diet day. But back to Monday routine and hopefully diet gets back on track. Must admit, I was chicken to step on scale this morning. :)
