I had a great week! I was tempted by doughnuts and fast food, but wasn't even tempted to eat them. It has been 25 days since I started my new lifestyle. I've still got some work to do with being more active at times other than my daily workouts. Watching less TV would help, but it is very cold where I live right now and I don't want to leave the house.

Things I've noticed since I started: I don't get tired in the afternoon, my face doesn't break out anymore, my stomach has shrunk, I'm not obsessed with food, and it's easier to stay focused at work.
155.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
