Day 3 of Phase I, regular Fat Smash.... I did well. I'm down to 145.6 lbs. That is sooo much better than the 149.0 that I weighed in with on Monday. I still am feeling "big" or "bloated" tho. I went to the gym after teaching today to do 40 mins on the ellyptical.
Eating has been going okay. Today, I've had 1 cup oatmeal, 3 bananas, 8 oz Yogurt, 1 Boca Burger, 1 can Green Beans, 1 can of pears, 1 cup of milk, 4 egg whites and 1 cup of seasoned brown rice.
I was suppose to have worship practice tonight but it got cancelled. So, I was able to come home and spend some time with my family. :)
