So here I am, one year later. My weight has returned, but I have accepted it. I now must restart the process, and I am excited to begin. My beginning weight is 196 lbs at 5' 11", and my goal is 170-175 lbs. Here i come!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
