today is my 1st fasting day, I had scrambled egg and smoked salmon for my breakfast and then mad my vegetable and lentil soup to eat this afternoon, but I did have a slice of my home made bread with it. That's all I've had to eat, to drink I've had around 5 cups of black coffee, 3 cups of black tea and a cup of drinking chocolate, no milk. i can't decide if I feel hungry or not.
