calorie count was good most of the week . but i l have nt gotten my daily exercize in. only 2 or 3 days this week
307.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet My Calorie Counting Diet   losing 2.8 lb a week
