Last day off work and dont really want to go back to work tomorrow but thats life, seven days straight this week and then I get four off. Down half a pound this morning. Did my exercises this morning without eating first what a mistake, wont ever do that again, so I opted for an ensure part way through to get me to the end. Had a salad for lunch that really hit the spot. Making home made turkey stew for dinner. Going to bed early tonight, work early in the morning.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
