Having a hard time getting rid of post-holiday and post-vacation weight gain. Uuugh!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.5 lb a week

I find it's sometimes good to go back to the beginning. Write down all the reasons you want to lose the weight and post it where you can see it. If you are doing WW, then get out your materials and reread them from the beginning. Pretend you are a new member. Get a new recipe book with some delicious looking meals. There are also some great sites for recipes (many with WW points): Emilybites.com, Skinnytaste.com, Skinnykitchen.com, and Slenderkitchen.com Try some new recipes. Add in new fruits. Get a new workout dvd or two and make a small home gym. You can do striptease, yoga, pilates, etc. all in the comfort of your own home. You just have to get yourself re-motivated. Good luck!
