Day 3. Down 3.6lbs Fantastic!!! I've forgotten to add to my day's food, that I take my morning meds with approx 3 ozs orange juice.(Tropicana with pulp or Simply Orange with pulp).
Have been invited out for lunch today to a restaurant. I don't feel exceptionally confident in myself that I will order properly. I also know if I fall off the wagon this soon, that I will have a very difficult time getting back on.
I plan to have salad tonight for supper with shrimp & crab, boiled egg & salad vegetables. I won't eat this morning & later I can make a smoothie to get me through the evening if needed.
I ordered a BLT salad with grilled chicken, bacon & mixed greens. I don't eat cheese, so that helps & I didn't order the garlic toast that came with the salad. I didn't use too much of the ranch dressing either. I ate about 2/3 of the salad. I don't enjoy grilled chicken breast, too dry.
I didn't get home until 5pm & I was hungry & tired. So I ate one of my rice & fruit bowls. Then I didn't feel like making the shrimp & crab salad, so fed my husband some other stuff & it's now 7pm. I don't want to eat past 7.30pm, so I've made a smoothie like I did on Monday with banana, strawberries, added a few blueberries this time also, and the coleslaw etc.
Will drink this for the rest of the evening if I'm craving anything.

Good for you! Don't beat yourself up too bad if you don't do the best for lunch, but try to do better after that lunch. One high calorie meal won't hurt you too bad, but telling yourself that just because you ate that one bad meal you can't do this will hurt you. You're doing something right if you're losing, so keep up the good work!!
