I've been pretty good with my eating habits this week, but I think being sick and not getting my usual amount of protein has stifled my progress. I'm thinking as soon as I shake this cold I'll be back on track.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet The Primal Blueprint   gaining 3.0 lb a week
