Went up a bit. Waist stayed the same at 38".

It's been a rough week, my kids were both sick so I stayed home with them yesterday. For the past two nights my son has been getting up in the middle of the night which has made getting enough sleep hard for me and my wife.

One thing I'm starting to appreciate is the importance of sleep. I would say it is probably one of the top factors in helping fight obesity. When I get a bad nights sleep I'll typically get ravenous for sweets during the day.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good point about sleep - I'm finally "getting" how important it is. Hope everybody gets healthy and stays that way.
