I have been reading alot of journal's and they are very helpful. The one thing I have noticed is people saying they don't eat breakfast.
I never have either so when I decided to start my journey of loseing 80 lbs. the first decision was to get up everyday at 5am cook myself and husband breakfast make lunches, excercis and beleive me
some days it's hard but I am determined to stay on track. I feel so much better during the day and have more energy.
My motavation is my 5year old grandson the love of my life.

I get up just before you so Hubby and I can get our jobs by 6am. I really wish I could workout before work like you (it does make for a better day) but I just can't get up any earlier than 4:30! So, you go!! Great Job and I'm just tad jealous!
