Have been dieting for 2 weeks now feel so much better more energy already. I got my walking shoes last night and am waiting on a dvd
Walk away the pounds witch I used years ago and loved it I don't feel
comfortable walking outside yet and this is a fun dvd and she works your
but off.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
