Got back on the treadmill at 5:30 this morning for over an hour...clocked 4 miles so I must have been moving fairly quickly. So glad to see that skipping a day has not derailed me. Need to head into the weekend staying focused on my goals and finding ways to enjoy friends and family without sabotaging myself.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1329 kcal Fat: 40.64g | Prot: 52.82g | Carb: 179.16g.   Breakfast: blueberries, honey, wawa creamer, quaker old oats , sugar. Lunch: lite tofu, south beach fiber, cucumber, red pepper, lettuce, olive oil. Dinner: vodka cranberry, pita chips, hummus, cranberry juice, penne vodka, crab cake mini, shrimp cocktail. Snacks/Other: banana. more...
