Got back on the treadmill at 5:30 this morning for over an hour...clocked 4 miles so I must have been moving fairly quickly. So glad to see that skipping a day has not derailed me. Need to head into the weekend staying focused on my goals and finding ways to enjoy friends and family without sabotaging myself.
