I finally left "Gaintown" and hope that "Plateauville" is also disapearing in the rear view mirror. I know that occasional stops in "Plateauville" are inevitable (and my ultimate goal in maintaining!), but when you are trying to add a positive habit like daily workouts in the weoight loss mix, it can be disconcerting.

I am glad that I didn't get overly disappointed and then revert to old ways. I made myself get up and work out even though I had headaches. The old adage of less in and more out does work - I just need to make sure I focus on what is really important. It is important how I feel.

I also need to accept and plan for monthly water retention. It can be so cruel when you are already kind of stalled.

Onward and downward!
