well this is my first weekend trying to control my calories ... and its payday weekend..yikes! I am a little more than concerned >_< have been so good this whole week and now i am starting to get junk-hunger... where only bad foods will sate my cravings...and tonight I am going to a bachelorettes for a work mate and tomorrow i am going to a wedding for an in-law.. so thats booze, finger snacks/ wedding cake...just bad food galore.
any advice???
