Finally! No more +'s only -'s = fat loss!!
140.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Vegan Diet   gaining 2.0 lb a week

WOOOHOOOOO!!!! You are SO close to getting back into the 130's!!! Meanwhile I'm in a race to get to the 140's!!!! I'm not sure that I can pull another 2lb week, but I'm aiming at being in the 140's by next week!!!! HIGH FIVE! to those -'s!!!!
