Theatre trip and sushi were terrific last night! yay!

Thought I'd weigh myself this morning as it was after a fast day, just to see - down to 107 1/4 but, not officially recording it as it may well creep up again as expect some of it was water and it will go back on as I eat normally the rest of this weekend.

Amazing to see though! i can't beleive how well this is working.

Partner complained today that I had baggy pants on - I only bought these trousers a few weeks ago and he says they are too loose now! he he.

Will do emasurements on Sunday morning, I wonder what they will be like..

Fingers crossed the ice is better so i can get a good run in on Sunday, really need to do some training!

Just treating myself to Eat Natural cereal bar for breakfast with a cup of low cal hot choc. What an indulgence! Over half the calories I had yesterday! Ha ha! But I know I can fit this in, was v hungry this morning and just had a good swim so. yay!

Go You! Congrats on hitting the lower #! I was back down again this morning too but don't want to record it either. Sunday is weigh-in day! We can do this!

Yep it's always important to eat after exercise. Helps repair those muscles. Glad to hear your weight is melting off like butter. :)
