This is the end of day one. I've cut out coffee & sugar; I've cut out all meats & sweets (except on rare occasions); replaced coffee with Fresh OJ replaced meats with fish; no more; candy, chips, ice cream (except for treats); added lots of fresh veggies; break face is fresh fruit, granola & vanilla yogurt.
