Yesterday was a great day. I exercised a lot and I really did a good job eating carefully and recording everything. Today I didn't miss a beat recording, but I rested from exercise. Why do I feel such a giant difference? Like my weight is 10 times worse than it is.

I bought a running jacket. It's a size large. XL is too big on top and the sleeves are too long, but it fits better around the waist. The size L fits but it's really snug. I decided to keep it. I hope this jacket fits better very soon.
