Day Four

so, it's been pretty rough. I mean, I'm losing weight well, but I haven't been exercising like I should. which isn't such a big deal, since my calorie intake is so low. It may actually be too low, but I'm sure I'm okay. I've just been hungry a lot, is all. Today, instead of the serving size of three slices of Jack's Pepperoni Pizza, I ate four, and went over my 1200 by 61 calories.
It's a struggle to eat so little. My boyfriend is so supportive, and at home, I can control what I eat. But my boyfriend's roommate works at Kroger, and does a lot of grocery shopping there. so every time I come over, there's cake and chocolate and fried chicken sitting out on the table for us. Which is incredibly appreciated, don't get me wrong. It's just that I can't eat any of it! Man. 134lbs can't get here fast enough.

if u try Lowering your carbs intake and doing more protein and drink lotsa water (64 fl ounces a day)will help u to lose weight quickly and also feel fuller .... hope this helps Peace Dar xxx
