I continue to enjoy the low carb lifestyle!! I did over 30 minutes of exercise today so I am happy about that. Still need to get my butt to the gym but it is so cold I hate to leave the warmth of my home!

Weight is down almost 6 lbs since I started Atkins a week and a half ago.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
