I am falling into my old habits and it is hard to dig myself out. Depression does this to me. I am home for about 2 months because of my knee. I tried to work and it wasn't easy. The doctor took me off work until after the surgery. I am trying my best to do what I am supposed to but I can't even go to the store. I have not gained any which I am happy about but I have not lost any either. Again, a lot of that has to do with being laid up. I am back and hopefully better than ever. Thank you for all the support when I was not on here. A few sent me messages to see how I was.

Awww, Tina, I'm sorry about your knee and the depression. I hope that it gets better.
