Stopped drinking wine, started doing 3 miles a day on the treadmill, 1 hour a day of strength yoga, cut calories to under 1200, meat and veggies only. If this doesn't get the weight loss stared, I don't know what else to do.

Impressive, but if that doesn't work You may need to increase your calories a bit. That's not many calories considering the amount of exercise. I'm watching 'the biggest loser' for motivation, where I noticed they up calories on some who are working hard but not losing lbs.

I agree, with that much work increase your calories. The more protein the less carbs the better.
