I neglected to check in for the challenge last night. I'm mad at myself too because I was actually in a place that had a scale and I didn't even think about getting on it. I was doing other things and forgot. It is what it is. :P Yesterday wasn't the best eating day. I have ID'd that I'm craving carbs which tells me it's PMS time.
Yesterday Breakfast: whole wheat bagel, egg, cheese, bacon
Yesterday lunch: chicken veggie soup, chicken sausage
Yesterday dinner: 1/2 turkey bacon cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup
======================================= Today Breakfast: cheese stick, 6 kashi crackers, banana
Today lunch: super salty rice noodle soup, chicken sausage, cadbury egg
Today Snack: None
Today Dinner: Mac-n-cheese
Today Water: 5 glasses
