Check my sugar again this morning. It was 154. Whoo hoo it's going down on a fasting. Despite what I ate last night. Naughty naughty.. I ate spagehetti with tomato sauce with ground beef with mushrooms. Figured since I was still well within my carbs that a little of it wouldn't hurt. I made sure for a bedtime snack that it was a small salad.
