I hope I have the energy to finish my morning workout today. Added a little extra protein to my shake in hopes I can get it back up there.
MEALS: Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Shake Mix, 1 tsp. peanut butter, 1/2 a banana, 1/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, water, and ice) Lunch: Visalus Shake Dinner: Spring Mix Salad with peanut dressing, and two tilapia fillets (lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper) Snack: 2 Macadamia Nut Hershey Kisses
TODAY'S WORKOUT: 30 Day Shred (Day 4) Treadmill for 41 minutes (supposed to be 43 min, but it shut off on me again.)
