so today i picked up a workout vid from the library that works the whole body...and altho its not all that difficult it is Hard...if u can grasp that concept, lol ...if i hadnt gained 70 lbs..or should i say, when i was 70 lbs lighter , i wouldnt have had any problems at all...but with the extra weight and spinal issues as well as knee and ankle issue..its hard..but i plan on sticking with it....will work moreso on the abs part of the vid for the first week or so...as i use to instruct aerobics when i lived in florida and i can perty much remember the whole routine from head to toe, but i thought this would be nice to have someone to workout with me...lol and its like having an instructor to push ya a little harder when you really need that as well...have another mri on Friday afternoon for the spinal issues...left knee has degeneration issues and right ankle is sprained...but like i mentioned..will follow with the dvd best i can...modify where necessary until i am able to do the whole thing once again..if my body and spine n knees allow..lol other then that..taking it easy right this minute..had 32 oz of water already and now enjoying some pumpkin spiced coffee...hope u all are having a good , happy n healthy day thus far..Peace n love <3 Dar <3
