I haven't started journaling since I started this program. But today I learned something very important. Our bodies are all not alike. I moved on to OWL and added an ounce of pistachio's and an ATkins bar as snacks throughout the day and ta da...the scale moved. Funny how those things work. I'm a happy girl today.
