Ok so... I'm doing ok so far, but i had a weak point last night and had some sweets... a kit kat bar and some fruit snacks... bad choices on my part... I was bored and then instantly thought of food. very very bad, i need better ways to distract myself!!! Ahhh!!!! ooo i know, next time i'll get some ice - I usually eat it to occupy my mouth and to steer myself away from my cravings. Lets see how well it works today!
