Up two pounds! Think it's time to cut back on the sodium broths AND to drink more water. Have been so busy at work realized yesterday I only drank two glasses of water. But measured my waist this AM and I'm down 1.5 inches since the beginning. So good things are happening. Water water water today. And maybe some Smooth Move tea (lol - been a few days). I used to watch The Biggest Loser and was shocked when they would gain weight with all their workouts. Now I see that the human body has its own whimsy.

Lost so far: 6.4 lb.
Still to go: 36.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the inches lost. I think you are right...sodium does it to me EVERYTIME.
