Here's the deal. I live in the Philippines and I cant avoid white rice. so I limit my rice intake to 1/2 a cup or less (that's only 121 calories). Also, I try to eat rice once or twice a day.

I have been taking baby steps to cleaning and building up my nutrition plan... for example, my breakfast includes a serving of Quaker oatmeal, a fruit portion and warm water. My post-workout meal is a cup of low-fat milk and a fruit portion. My next meals throughout the day, I play it by ear... that's where I am wrong because I know I should plan my meals in advance so as not to fall of the precarious ledge of good nutrition.
