This is my 2nd week of my "lifestyle change". I don't like calling it a diet because that makes it sound like what I am doing is a temporary thing, when I am actually bettering my life by eating right and making good choices on what I eat. Week 2 and I have lost 10 lbs. What I did is I calculated the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) for my goal weight. BMR is the amount of calories I would need to intake to maintain my weight. So I set my BMR to my goal weight that I am hoping to get to which is 150. So I am training myself to eat right now before I get to my goal weight. The maximum amount of calories I can intake is 1460 calories a day. Which is a lot as long as I chose to eat the right things. So, yep, that's how I am doing it. I am also taking Rasberry Ketone and Green Coffee Bean supplements 20-30 mins before each meal. I can't say that they are really helping but it doesn't hurt.
