Wo-hoo!

Dunno why, but I just felt like weighing in today after 2 days of eating (today is Thursday, fast day).

How chuffed am I to see my weight 108 1/8lbs is the same as it was when I weighed in on Tuesday morning and though "that's nice but I'm not recording it as it can't be right, it's too big a loss and it's after a fast so it must just be water" - this was after 2 days eating!

Yay!

About to have a breakfast cup of hot choc now, hooray!
108.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
