OK, sticking to cal count (always more exercise than food). Need to work on cutting fat. However I don't know if the number is "good", "bad" or "good+bad" fat....

don't worry too much about bad vs good, it would dice me crazy if u did. bad fats come from meat and cheese mostly, did I say cheese, ah my favorite, and in a lot of fried /fast foods, and processed foods, all saturatrd fats, goood are in nuts, (all though loaded with calories) salmon, olive oil and many veggie oils are UN saturated
