Yay, into the 60's. So happy. Been well over a year since I was last.

Today was 5x5 on squat clean which was new to me. 55lbs on that.
Then 7min AMRAP: 5 pullups (banded), 5 pushups, and 5 box jumps. 4+13. I think the cute puppy in the gym distracted me from the last round :)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
