Ok - day 2 back home - super motivated
3 miles yesterday and 4 today - p90x as well - here we go!
Made great scallop meal with butternut squash last night and
curried quinoa with chicken and veg tonight! Gotta get past
the post holiday disaster!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
